Khompapastr products range from lifestyle to home decoration, mostly found in palaces, luxury hotels and private homes. The brand’s signature design – Gold Hand Print (or ‘pha kiao’) – can be traced back to the 15th century, when it was used primarily in the royal court. Production involves a meticulous process of hand-painting using natural dyes and gold leaf.

Honda Summer Festival in Hua Hin is organized every year since 2008. It takes place in May on Hua Hin beach. During the Honda musical festival Bossanove, Reggae, Ska, and Dance music is performed on the beach. Many Thai and leading foreign DJs and many bands from all over the world take past in the Hua Hin Honda Festival.

One of the first Italian restaurants to open in Hua Hin over 20 years ago, La Villa is something of an institution with Italian food lovers in the area. Having appeared on television in a popular gastronomic show, it is often frequented by Thais visiting the area. The house special is rigatoni al granchio or crab rigatoni. Marco, the owner, is a member of the Italian Chef Association of Thailand.
