Cartoon Huahin is the lead guitarist and singer for the Stone Head Band, He is also the founder of El Toro Loco Rock Club, El Toro Cafe 80 and El Toro Heavy Metal Fitness in Hua Hin but Cartoon and his group do a lot more by helping local people that are in need of water, electric, food, toys…

The Chrity Program is managed by El Toro Loco and they are really making a difference with their charity program through El Toro Loco. If you want to support the cause they need donations of construction materials, kids toys, rice and non perishable food items.

Currently they have started a new bathroom in the village and are working on collection for the kids, they want to raise enough to buy an outdoor play set/jungle gym.

This months Charity Golf outing will be in aid of Mercy House Orphange in Pranburi. All profit will be donated to the Mercy House Orphange in Pranburi on the night. The 2,700Bt ticket Price includes, Breakfast, a Bloody Mary, Transportation, Golf and Caddy Fees. The best 3 Golfers on the day will each recieve a price from the Banyan golf club.

2016 Intercontinental Hua Hin Beach Polo Championship

Don’t miss one of Hua Hin’s MOST FUN yearly events, The Beach Polo Asian Championship, which this year will be held on Saturday April 30th on the beach in front of the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort.

Events start at 1pm with drinks, lunch and finger foods. Daytime activities include an elaborate opening ceremony, Kids Polo, a Fashion Show on Horeseback, Horse Racing and the Beach Polo Finals.

“Bohemian Evening” is the theme for the night time event which starts at 6:30pm and includes a cocktail dinner, live music, dance and an Auction.

The whole day is a Charity Event for Princess Pa’s Nabha Project. A 1,000 baht donation gains access to the daytime festivities while a 1,500 baht donation includes both the daytime and nightime events.

Dress Code is Sport Smart Casual

Of all the fun events that come to Hua Hin every year, this one is not to be missed!

2015 Intercontinental Hua Hin Beach Polo Championship

The ‘InterContinental Asian Beach Polo Championship 2015’ , is scheduled to take place on Saturday 25 April 2015.Now in its sixth year in Thailand, the Asia’s only beach polo event where top international polo players will compete for Princess Pa Cup. The InterContinental-B.Grimm Asian Beach Polo Championship 2015 will be organized by B.Grimm Group in co-operation with InterContinental Hua Hin Resort. The match is set to raise funds for the ‘Kamlangjai Project’, initiated by Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha to provide support to help rehabilitate female prisoners after their release.

The charity beach polo match will take place at Beachfront of InterContinental Hua Hin Resort on Saturday, April 25, 2015.

Four professional polo player teams from India, Hong Kong, Macau and our host Thai teams will be in the tournament. The Final match is scheduled on Saturday, April 25, 2015. Besides the exciting polo match, spectators will have the chance to immerse themselves in variety activities including a fashion show on horseback, a local horse race, a kid polo match, games for prizes winning as well as luxurious beauty shopping and etc. In addition, this year’s party throughout the evening in a fitting climax of ‘The Summer Wind’ theme will also be arranged for more fun.

On Friday the 13th of November, Jungle Aid is hosting a charity event at The Hilton Hua Hin – theme: Fright Night!
There will be a silent auction, raffle, food, free flowing drinks (yes, you read that right!) and more.

Tickets are for sale now – 1,500THB per person, proceeds go to Jungle Aid in order to help displaced people living in Thailand.

Baan Dada-Cycling for Childrens education

CYCLING FOR CHILDREN’S EDUCATION

OCTOBER 19-22, 2015

Sangklaburi to Huahin: 450km

This is a four day charity fundraising event by the children of Baan Dada starting on the 17th of October at Thongphapum and ending at a Temple by the beach of Huahin on the 20th of October.

This fundraising event is in preparation for the school expenses for the 15 teens in the home who will be going to University or Technical School. We hope you can join us and help fund raise for the further education of these 15 kids.

On the third day of the cycling, the 19th of October, the rest of the children at the home and student volunteers from Singapore (hopefully they can come) will meet us in a temple somewhere in Ratchaburi… Then, the next day we will go together to reach our final destination at a temple in Huahin.

Once we are at the temple by the beach in Huahin, we’ll rest and enjoy the sea for 2 days before going back home on the 23rd of October.
