Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin evokes a timeless charm with a low rise colonial property that creates the classic backdrop to a romantic holiday. Originally opened in 1923, the hotel has had constant renovations and despite the whitewashed, period features, dont be concerned that this hotel is outdated – far from it – this property is up to date technologically and its services are 100% five star standard. Close to the hotel guests can enjoy no fewer than six golf courses, Hua Hin Temple and the famous Night Market. Combining a beachfront with expansive gardens, nature lovers will be astounded by the peace and
quiet this property affords. 249 rooms at the Centara Grand Beach Resort Hua Hin all feature dark wood flooring and cream accent displayed throughout the ornate furniture and first rate in room amenities such as elegant sofa, king or two queen bedding configurations, writing desk, private balcony and large television with international satellite. Additional services and facilities are amazing with four separate swimming pools, onsite spa, fitness centre, kids club, tennis court, badminton and snooker – among
other sport and recreation pursuits, and for business there are several meeting and banquet rooms. If good food and fine dining is important to your holiday you will be pleased to know that Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin has seven excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. The resort is 190 km from Thailands capital city of Bangkok and takes three hours to drive or under one hour to fly.

Located next to the pier at the end of Naresdamri Road, this charming restaurant that has been around for 17 years is reminiscent of the quayside restaurants that dot Europe.
Both a la carte and a set menu option are available here. The meat dishes are excellent and though the chef’s specialty is filet Rossini, the Chateaubriand and filet Toledo also rate a high score. Another standout is the superb Crab Hua Hin that is a signature. Other recommendations include the plateau de fruit de la mare, the moreish mussels in garlic butter and the delightful snapper crumble.
