Cartoon Huahin is the lead guitarist and singer for the Stone Head Band, He is also the founder of El Toro Loco Rock Club, El Toro Cafe 80 and El Toro Heavy Metal Fitness in Hua Hin but Cartoon and his group do a lot more by helping local people that are in need of water, electric, food, toys…
The Chrity Program is managed by El Toro Loco and they are really making a difference with their charity program through El Toro Loco. If you want to support the cause they need donations of construction materials, kids toys, rice and non perishable food items. 
Currently they have started a new bathroom in the village and are working on collection for the kids, they want to raise enough to buy an outdoor play set/jungle gym.
